I offer a full English curriculum for charter schools and homeschool co-ops. The curriculum includes grammar, writing, and literature and can be tailored to your group’s specific needs and aligned with state standards. Work will be graded by me and will include detailed feedback and, if desired, grade reporting to teachers and/or parents. Weekly live sessions are included in the cost of the curriculum.
Grammar instruction will begin with a review of the parts of speech and the parts of the sentence and will progress to instruction in usage and mechanics rules with extensive editing practice.
Literature instruction will focus on a mix of classic and contemporary fiction and will also include one nonfiction book, essays, and poetry.
Writing will focus on informal and formal writing assignments, including descriptive writing, narrative writing, informative writing, persuasive writing, and literary response.
Cost Per Student: $200 per semester (discount available for groups larger than 10 students per class)
