Within two business days of enrollment, you will receive a PayPal invoice (other payment options listed on invoice) at the email address listed on your enrollment form. If you live in Florida and are on the PEP or UA scholarship and would like for me to bill Step Up for Students directly, you will designate this on the form, and I will send you an email explaining how to reserve funds.

If you are enrolling during the summer for the fall semester, the invoice will be due August 1st, and information on how to start the course will be sent during the first week of August. If you are enrolling after August 1st or during the school year, the invoice will be due upon enrollment, and as soon as the invoice is paid, information will be sent on how to start the course.

I offer a money-back guarantee for Grammar and Usage Workshop. If you decide within 30 days of payment that the program is not a good fit for your child, you may email me for a refund (minus 10% held to compensate time spent on enrollment and grading/course management for your student). The money-back guarantee is not offered to families using direct pay through Step Up for Students and is not applicable to Outschool classes or writing workshops.

After your student finishes Level One, I will send you an email asking if you would like to be invoiced for Level Two.

I do offer a sibling discount for Grammar and Writing Workshop. Parents pay full price for the first student enrolled in the course. They will receive 25% off for each additional child enrolled in the course. (Siblings must be enrolled on the same enrollment form to receive the discount.)
